• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund.
  • We offer a Holiday extension: purchases made after October 25th can be returned until January 25th.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds take 2-3 business days to process once we have received and reviewed your items.
  • Please use the provided return label and original packaging (or similar size).
  • You can exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Please let us know your preferred choice when initiating the exchange process.
  • If your desired item isn't in stock or you'd like something completely different, you can opt for a store credit instead. Simply let us know in the comments box in the form below.
  • We'll ship the new item to you once we receive the original (subject to availability). Shipping should take 3-5 business days.

To ensure a fair and sustainable returns and exchange policy for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse service or limit returns from customers who:

  • Frequently return or exchange items above the normal amount.
  • Return items that are not in accordance with this policy (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags).
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased on sale or discounted greater than 25% off.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Any item not purchased directly from Livelihood.
