Ordering
I AM BUYING A GIFT. CAN I ADD OR INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE OR CARD?
Our orders include a personalized "Impact Certificate." If you'd like it to be a different name than the one listed on the shipping address, click the "add an order note" tab at the bottom of the cart and write the person's name and a personalized message in the text box.
WHY DIDN'T MY DISCOUNT OR COUPON CODE APPLY TO MY ORDER?
Most of the time, a coupon will not apply to a product that is already discounted, if the coupon has already been used, or if another coupon has been applied. If you’re having any trouble with your coupon, please contact us by completing the form below.
CAN I ORDER AN "OUT OF STOCK" ITEM?
Sorry if we’ve sold out of what you wanted. We make small production runs to reduce waste. Although we do not accept backorders, please check back soon or join our newsletter to stay updated on restocks or new releases.
Shipping
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will leave our shop within 1-2 business days if everything goes as it should. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Ground shipping is always free. If you want to ship express or overnight, head to the checkout page to review the costs.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our products are shipped in recycled packaging and include a custom "Impact Certificate" printed with the person's name on the shipping address. If you want a custom name on the certificate, add it to the cart's "add an order note" tab.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
This can vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the time of year. Our shipping page is the best place to look for more details on shipping times, especially around the holiday season.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your Livelihood order has been shipped. If you ordered while signed in with an account, you can find the shipment and tracking information in your order history.
Returns & Warranties
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Easy - fill out our form on the returns page. Once completed, we will email you the shipping label so you can print it and attach it to your return package. That page should have all the necessary info, but reach out if you need further help.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN PROCESSED?
Once we receive the returned item(s), it’ll take us a few days to inspect and process your return, at which point we’ll email you to confirm. It shouldn’t take more than 5-7 business days.
WHAT IS LIVELIHOOD'S WARRANTY POLICY?
We stand by our products, quality of craft, and materials, so we have a 1-year warranty on all our items for manufacturer defects.
HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you want to make a warranty claim, complete the form on our warranty page, and one of our team members will assist you from there.

HOW DO OUR PRODUCTS FIT?
You can find sizing charts for each of our products on the product pages. Generally speaking, our products run true to size, but make sure you check before purchasing.
WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are assembled in factories in Europe and Asia; however, our raw materials, trims, and fabrics come from around the world, including the United States.
DO OUR PRODUCTS SHRINK?
We pre-shrink our products; however, you may still experience some shrinking if you wash hot and tumble dry high. For best care, we recommend checking the care label on each item, but if you want a universal tip, we recommend washing your garment in cold water and hanging it to dry.
